ONEWAY Sober Living Home and its associated programs introduces and teaches life and job skills through valuable experiences learned from the various projects we offer in our programs. This sets a foundation in developing the beneficiary making him employable.

Tamzin Flor
Tamzin is a founder of ONEWAY and is very much the mother of the house. Tamzin is married to Martin. The daughter of a pastor, Tamzin has a very close and tremendously strong relationship with God.
Growing up, she was aware of the problems that drink and drugs can cause and her strong church upbringing has made her empathetic to those who are addicted and struggle with substance abuse.
As the first contact person for many young men who enter the ONEWAY House and process. Approachable as a mother figure and respected for her non nonsense attitude, Tamzin’s first answer to everything is prayer. Her walk with her husband Martin, has enabled Tamzin to understand at first hand just how challenging sobering up and coming clean can be. Her understanding of how an addict feels, the struggles inside and the ripple effect of the entire addiction to sober and clean journey has on the individual and those in support of recovery is perhaps her greatest asset.
Martin Flor
Married to Tamzin, Martin is a recovered addict and founder of ONEWAY. Martin’s levels of energy, mad and often crazy sense of humour can hide just how strong his faith is.
Martin is a visionary in the house and a passionate believer in what ONEWAY does and what it stands for. Martin is a mentor to those going through recovery and is the one who lifts them up when things get tough. An encourager, motivator, mentor and sometimes energizer bunny, Martin is a passionate believer that a relationship with Christ is the key to full recovery.
As a recovered addict, Martin is able to empathise with everyone at ONEWAY, he understands the challenges and pain of the process first-hand. Martin is passionate about ONEWAY, the process and methodology the Sober Living Facility has implemented and brings a spirit of entrepreneurship with a clear vision of hope for everyone in the house. He is the Yin to Tamzin’s Yang that is helping ONEWAY succeed in everything it sets out to achieve. His high levels of energy hide massive levels of understanding and compassion that he has for those in recovery, yet simultaneously this same energy refocuses those at ONEWAY away from the hardship and challenges toward the victory that through Christ is always achieved.
Kevin Eberhardt
Kevin is the glue at ONEWAY and has been with ONEWAY since the dream started to become reality. Kevin takes care of the house; he is the go-to guy and the peacemaker in the facility.
With a deep-rooted faith, like Tamzin, Kevin’s first response to everything is prayer backed up by scripture. Emotionally in tune with each beneficiary at ONEWAY and passionate about the process of recovery Kevin is approachable about any issue. In many ways, Kevin is the eyes and the ears of ONEWAY helping identify problems and setbacks before they occur while also being able to see ways of doing things better.
Not only is Kevin the housekeeper at ONEWAY, he is experienced in all matters financial and tax. Kevin is very much the head of administration for ONEWAY, the engine that drives everything behind the scenes. Perfectly positioned between Martin and Tamzin, Kevin is the glue in the operational team who soon becomes the trusted friend for each and every person who enters the ONEWAY house and part of the foundation for a full and successful recovery and reintegration back into society.

IS ONEWAY A REHABILITATION CENTRE?
ONEWAY Sober Living Home is the next positive step taken after a season of a minimum of three months, spent and completed in rehabilitation centre (Primary Care). We provide the privilege of freedom in a safe and supportive environment while ensuring full accountability is adhered to. The ONEWAY team work together to build a healthy, Godly foundation on which each beneficiary builds a life where strong bonds are made between those in the recovery setting, those running and managing ONEWAY as well as the local churches and the community. Recovery is all ONEWAY truly wants for any individual to focus on and in this putting God first.
HOW DOES ONEWAY HELP ITS BENEFICIARIES?
ONEWAY Sober Living Home and its associated programs introduces and teaches life and job skills as well as helps secure work for those living in the house. We are a continuation of what was learned in Primary Care and go on further growing your relationship with Christ and your spiritual walk with him bringing contentment, self-discipline, structure, wisdom and practical functional life skills setting you up for a successful recovery. Discovering your purpose, your gifts and talents is key to this recovery process and each and every individual has something great to offer the world and we want to help you find it. The very heart of who we are is centred on Jesus Christ our saviour who came to set us free.
WHAT ARE THE COSTS TO BECOME A BENEFICIARY AT ONEWAY?
Fees are to be discussed upon application. The fees cover all their needs except for toiletries. There is a strong need to expand and we are happy to say that we are in the process of doing just that. If you are someone who wants to help this amazing operation whether it’s a once off donation or you feel led to help with a monthly commitment, you can take down our banking details and load us as a beneficiary.
WHAT IS THE ONEWAY RECOVERY PROCESS?
In general, addiction and recovery have a low success rate. However we have found that if we stick to biblical principles that are in the ONEWAY program we have a very high rate of breakthrough.
